Dr. Sanjay K. Sahay, Associate Professor, BITS Pilani, Goa Campus

In Dec. 2005, he joined BITS, Pilani, K.K. Birla Goa Campus and from Jan. 2006 he is working as Associate Professor (retrospective) and continuing in the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems. He is also a Visiting Associate of IUCAA, Pune. His research interests are Information Security, Data Science, and Gravitational Waves.

Before joining BITS, Pilani, and after submitting his PhD thesis on “Studies in Gravitational Wave Data Analysis” during 2002-2003, he continued his work on Data Analysis of Gravitational Waves as a Project Scientist at IUCAA, Pune, India. In 2003-2005 at Raman Research Institute, Bangalore, India he worked as Project Associate on the multi-wavelength astronomy project (ASTROSAT), where he worked on the data pipeline of Scanning Sky Monitor. In 2005 he worked as Post-Doctoral Fellow at Tel Aviv University. He is the author of a book and has more than 40 research publication in referred International and National Journals and Conferences.

Dr. C. Rama Krishna, Professor, NITTTR, Chandigarh

Rama Krishna received from from JNTU, Hyderabad (1992) with Distinction, M.Tech. from Cochin University of Science & Technology (1995) with First Division, Cochin, and Ph.D from IIT, Kharagpur (2010) in the area of Mobile Adhoc Networks.

Since 1996, He is working with Department of Computer Science & Engineering, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training & Research, Chandigarh and currently holding the position of Professor and Head of Department (21 years of teaching & research experience).

Conducted more than 125 training programs (Online and Contact mode) of 1 and 2 weeks’ duration in the upcoming areas of CSE/IT for the faculty of Engineering Colleges and Polytechnics to improve quality of technical education Professor In-charge for Campus-wide Internet Administration, Institute Web Portal and Hardware Maintenance, NCTEL Web Portal for Video Lectures, Go-Green Initiative. Liaison Officer for Delhi to finalize training needs and to mobilize teachers to attend various training programs of the institute.

Research Interests: Wireless Communications & Networks, Computer Networks, Distributed Computing, Cryptography & Cyber Security.
